Laurie Ann Chan

Laurie Ann Chan (formerly Laurie Ann Sato), Director of Client Services, is responsible for client development, client relations and asset management which includes overseeing the company’s investment properties, financial analysis, specialty lease negotiations, and due diligence reviews for real estate development, acquisition and disposition strategies.

Mrs. Chan joined Avalon in 2004 as an intern and has progressed to Junior Analyst to Real Estate Analyst and most recently Asset Manager, responsible for over $20 million in assets.

Mrs. Chan is a graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa where she received her Bachelor’s degree from the College of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing.
