Hiyane, recently joined Avalon Commercial as an associate. Prior to joining Avalon Commercial,
Mr. Hiyane earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology from the
University of Hawaii at Manoa while volunteering his time with various
health care and non-profit organizations. Mr. Hiyane also has extensive
experience in manufacturing processes and quality control from his
previous time at Intel Corporation serving as a project lead. Mr. Hiyane currently represents
several prominent Landlords, including The Kobayashi Group, Fortus
Property Group, and Avalon Development in the leasing of various retail
and industrial projects. Mr.
Hiyane is also a member of the Phi Beta Kappa National Honor Society,
University of Hawaii at Manoa Alpha Chapter, and a candidate of the
Certified Commercial Investment Member.
