Mr. Ikeda oversees all of Avalon Commercial’s activity, including investment sales, leasing, and general brokerage.  Mr. Ikeda brings a wealth of experience and in-depth market knowledge of Honolulu’s commercial real estate.  Since joining the team, he has successfully represented both local and national retailers and works on an ongoing basis with investment sales clients specializing in multi-family properties.  Most recently, Mr. Ikeda was the project broker for Avalon Development’s commercial complex in Mill Town successfully securing two national tenants comprising over 70% of the center’s GLA (Gross Leasable Area) within a period of six months.  Mr. Ikeda also launched Avalon Commercial’s property management division of Multi-family properties throughout Hawaii.

Mr. Ikeda is a graduate of Roosevelt High School in Honolulu and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering.  He is currently a licensed real estate broker in the State of Hawaii and holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.  He is a member of the Hawaii Chamber of Commerce, Hawaii Developers Council, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and NAIOP, and serves on the board of Malama O’Manoa.
