Eleanor Lin
Assistant Controller

Eleanor Lin, Assistant Controller, is responsible for the company's accounting and financial reporting. Ms. Lin's duties also include financial modeling, scenario analysis, budgeting, market research, business plan writing and due diligence for various development and acquisition projects.

Ms. Lin earned a Master in Business Administration with a Finance focus from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. After receiving her degree, Eleanor completed a one-year fellowship program at A&B Properties, Inc (a subsidiary of Alexander & Baldwin, Inc). Prior to joining Avalon Development Company, Eleanor also worked as a Financial Analyst for Anthem Properties, a real estate development company in Vancouver Canada.
